If your return falls within our Return Policy then you can start your return or exchange online through our Returns Portal. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund or store credit to be issued.

Are there any additional costs?

No, there are no additional costs. Joe Boxer covers the cost of return shipping for all returns that fall under our Return Policy.

What items are eligible for return?

Most Joe Boxer items are eligible for return, with a few exceptions. Items that are clearance are final sale items that cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process a return?

Return processing typically take 5-7 business days to be processed and refunded. 

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. 
• Store credit will be applied to your JoeBoxer.com account. 
• Exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
