Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately no, once an order is placed it ships pretty quickly. We recommend reaching out to the team as quickly as possible regarding order cancellations or changes.

What if I need to make an exchange?

We do not currently offer exchanges, but getting the product you need is simple. Simply submit a return request through your account on JoeBoxer.com for the order that needs returning. Then, place a new order for whatever products you need. ☺

Do you offer prepaid return labels?

I want an item marked as "clearance" or with a price that ends in ".99"

This item is heading for retirement. Want it? Great. But all of our products marked as "clearance" or ending in a price of "0.99" are final sale and cannot be returned. Please take this into consideration when purchasing clearance items.
